Someone at my work gave me a small round white pill with k3 on one side and a cross on the other. They said it was good for pain since I have really bad headaches but I am afraid to take it without knowing what it is. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out and tell me what this is.

This white K3 has been showing up on various sites lately, and I've been hesitant to identify. Round/Red/K3 we know is 10mg Phenylephrine a decongestant. PDK may have changed the tablet color, if it's not Phenylephrine it shouldn't be imprinted K3.

Do not consider this pill identified, I'm only rendering a guess at this point.
