Pink,red,white capsule w/K on white, 115 on pink

I want to know what this capsule is. White is on one end, pink on the other with a red stripe in center. The letter K with an upper right-hand arrow is in the white section; the number 115 is in the pink section. Nothing is in the red center section.

the one i found has the k with the arrow in the pink, and the 115 in the white
