hi,
If you got the prescribed medicine, and you get the same size, color, name, chemicals in that medicine recommended by specialist, then i dont think so that you would get worry anythink about the medicine.
the medicines can have different look in differnt location like in the dark medicine can look different and in the sun it looks different.
So dont worry....
