found several 1/4 inch diameter pink pills, on one side is a large C, on the other 86 over 62, any idea what it might be

Round pink scored tablet imprinted C on one side and 86 over 62 on the scored side is 400 mg Skelaxin (metaxalone), a muscle relaxant.
