Default pink pill with a P on top and 75 below it nothing

Please help me identify this pill. It's round with a P over a 75 on the front and nothing on the back. I also have a pill that is kind of a light peach/beige the only difference is the P looks a little different on the biege one. Can someone please try to help identify this I'm afraid I have mixed up some meds and I need to know what this one is if possible.

Thank you very much!

Jenn

Round peach tablet imprinted P 75 is 75 mg ranitidine (generic Zantac 75), a drug that treats ulcers and heartburn. The P loop on this pill should look a little squared.

The beige one is probably the same but made by a different manufacturer. Most of the OTC ranitidines are pink or beige and are marked with a 75.
