 pink oval pill no marking???????? what kind of pill would have no marking???????? man made???? my son has 7 and i can't find anything similar
they might even have pink speckles

If it has absolutely no markings or scorings, and it looks like it has speckles, then yes, it is probably man-made. Could be MDMA (ecstasy) or some fake version of it. I'd have to see a picture.
