Default pink oval pill with...

Materna on one side and M (vertical line) 3 on it. What is this?

It appears to be a prenatal vitamin. The Materna is used by a few companies who market these to designate a product that is approved for use during pregnancy. Some are single supplements used for a woman who is deficient in some area and some are multivitamins.
