pink oblong with imprint 723

I regularly take sertraline (zoloft). I have this pill same size as a 100 mg/zoloft, but instead of yellow/cream colored...it is pink. I have no idea where it came from, or what it is! I almost took it, thank God I didn't.. It has the imprint 723 on it. Help?

Did you get any answers to this? I found same thing in teenagers room and am trying to find out what it is.
