Is this pill a narcotic pain pill?

I found a round pink pill with 44 447 imprint on it, I was wandering if it was some sort of narcotic pain reliever. I was told that it was a canadian version of lortab from a friend but he's not a very reliable source any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your friend is wrong again, 44 447 is is 80mg dissolvable Acetaminophen. All 44 xxx's are OTC meds, even in Canada.
