Cimetidine (Tagamet) 400mg by Mova pharms. I'm pretty sure this is no longer manufactored either because Mova was bought out in 04 (which by the way is, from what I hear, a terrible company in the slums of puerto rico) or because Tagamet is not prescribed as much anymore.
