pleasesomeone please tell me what a small white pill with the numbers 4096 logo "Z" on one side and a 10 with a split line on the other...distributed about a year ago

White round pill with Z 4096 on one side and 10 on the other side is 10 mg baclofen, a muscle relaxant.
