Sorry, can only find results for oval pill marked "TEC 145"
It is a Canadian generic.

Brand Name: ratio-Metformin 500 mg
Common Name: metformin

Each white, oval tablet, with a partial score line on one side and "TEC 145" on the other, contains metformin HCl 500 mg.
