White, round pill with TEC on it. Scored on one side

This pill has been posted many times on this board and unfortunately we are yet to get a positive ID. There seem to be a few pills similar in appearance made by Ratiopharm in Canada.

These pills are perkoset (not sure of spelling) They are white, round pills with a line through one side and the other "TEC"
