Clear capsule, red-brown powder w/ no imprint or other marking. Nope, no way to identify w/o lab tests as it could be anything from vitamins or herbal suppliments, to foreign prescriptions, to "homemade" pills.

I might not always be right, but I'm never wrong.

It's a cranberry suppliment to treat or prevent urinary tract/bladdar infection. It's much more effective than drinking the juice because theres a higher consentration of cranberry and no added sugars (corn syrup, etc.) that could potentially aggrevate the problem.
