Pill Identification - need some help

I found a pack of pills in a flimsy plastic packageing of 2.

The tablets are white, round, and a medium size with the markings AZ 273.

Possibly tramadol? not sure. Need some help.

A 273 is 50mg Tramadol and was pulled from the market along with all the other drugs from Able Labs. Idk where you're getting the extra Z from.
