Does anyone know what this is? White, oblong/rounded with R on one side and 128 on the other?

No, it's not round, it is oblong, and the R is on one side and the 128 is on the other. Any ideas?

Well, is there anything special or unique about the "R" on them? Like is more stylized like a company logo or just a plain upper case R or is it lower case r? I would be happy to keep diggin - I hate to be wrong!
