Default pill identification

I found some capsules in our bathroom that are yellow and black and have the numbers yj224 and 3850 on them. Can anyone tell me what they are????? thanks

The capsule is called Yellow Jacket and contains Ephedra Extract 300 mg, Colanut, and Ginseng. It's now banned.
