    M 367 is:
    Acetaminophen; Hydrocodone 325mg; 10 mg

ACETAMINOPHEN-HYDROCODONE (Lortab(R), Lorcet(R), Vicodin(R), and others) is a combination of two different types of pain medicine and is used to treat moderate to severe pain. Federal law prohibits the transfer of acetaminophen-hydrocodone to any person other than the patient for whom it was prescribed.

    509 is:

    CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE TABLETS 40 mg

CITALOPRAM (Celexa™) is a medicine for depression and other related problems. You may have to take citalopram for up to 4 weeks or longer before you begin to feel better

I might not always be right, but I'm never wrong.
