pill identification I have gotten my prescription pills mixed up and I'm thoroughly confused as to which is which. One is a muscle relaxer, small round white pill scored in quarters. It has the letter A on the reverse side and below that is the number 234. The next is also a muscle relaxer, small round pill scored inquarters. On the other side is the number 503. Can anyone tell me if either or both of these are generic for zanaflex. The next is a small white round pill scored in quarters on one side and, on the other side is the number 54 over the number 142. Please note that I take pain relievers and muscle relaxers due to degenerative disc disease (2 serious back surgeries). I got my prescriptions all mixed up and my pharmacist has been no help in getting them straightened out. Can you? -
Couldnt pinpoint exactly what A/234 and 503 was.
The only info I could dig up on A/234 was this;
"TIZANIDINE (Zanaflex®) is a drug used to relax certain muscles." http://media.cornerdrugstore.com/dru...8/zana001t.jpg
And 503 seems to be the same type. Not sure since I couldn't find any pictures of the exact pill you described.
54/142 is methadone
"METHADONE (Diskets(R)) is strong pain medication similar to morphine." http://media.cornerdrugstore.com/dru...0/meth009g.jpg -

My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~
