Not totally sure about this one - it is possibly
Pseudoephedrine 60mg with Chlorpheniramine 4mg
Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant and chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine - used together to treat the symptoms of colds and flu etc.
Info at http://chlorpheniramine%20and%20pseu...ine.drugs.com/

small white round pill; 44/178 on one side.
This pill is also a decongestant/antihistamine combination:
Pseudoephedrine 60 mg and Triprolidine 2.5 mg
Info at http://triprolidine%20and%20pseudoephedrine.drugs.com/
