Found an orange coated round pill with 44 392 on it. Any Ideas???

There is no need to worry.

I can't find this particular imprint but want to answer so you know it's nothing serious.

44 392 is some kind of over-the-counter medication. I'll keep looking and hopefully someone else will respond in the meantime.

But it is an OTC medication (maybe enteric-coated aspirin?) made by LNK International.

Okay - just found it.

Orange, round tab imprinted 44 392 is 200 mg ibuprofen.
