    Default Pill Identification

    1. circle, orange/pink, M 577 on one side
    2. long, white, stylized "V" on one side, 27 22 on the other side
    3. circle, orange/yellow, c 119
    4. weird shape, orange/pink, Stylized W with a very small 50 on front side, 708 on back side.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Have managed to locate identities for two of the pills

    1. circle, orange/pink, M 577 on one side
    This pill is Amiloride 5mg & Hydrochlorothiazide 50mg (generic for Moduretic) a diuretic pill used to treat edema (swelling) and hypertension (high blood pressure).
    Manufacturer MYLAN, Imprint M 577, light orange, round, scored.

    There is an image on the Mylan website (mylan.com)

    2. long, white, stylized "V" on one side, 27 22 on the other side
    Can't help you with this one - sorry...

    3. circle, orange/yellow, c 119
    This pill is Famotidine 20mg (generic for Pepcid) used to treat and prevent stomach ulcers.
    Manufacturer PAR, Imprint C119, yellow, round, film-coated.

    There is a description on the Par website (parpharm.com)
