Default Pill id White X 56 56/3 sections/back-5 5 5

It has an X on it but the top and bottem of the X are connected.. so it looks like 2 triangles facing each other

X 56 56 (3 scores)
5 5 5 (back side 3 scores) I found these in my daughters room and she is acting really weird please help.
if you could get a picture with it also that would be appriciated (to make sure)
