1. Small blue pill with Barr on one side and 555 written above 164 on the other side.

2. A white oval pill marked Pliva 616 on the front. Nothing on the back.

1. Small blue pill with Barr on one side and 555 written above 164 on the other side.
This pill is Diazepam 10mg (generic for Valium) manufactured by Barr Labs.
Blue, round, flat-faced, beveled-edge, scored tablet. Debossed with barr on one side and 555/164 on the scored side.

2. A white oval pill marked Pliva 616 on the front. Nothing on the back.
This pill is Tramadol 50mg (generic for Ultram) manufactured by Pliva, Inc.
Imprint PLIVA 616, white, oval, film-coated.
