anyone know what this is? Round, purple pill with MP over 7 and blank on the other side.

This is: HYDROXYZINE HCL 25MG

Generic Atarax

Hydroxyzine is an antihistamine with anticholinergic (drying) and sedative properties that is used to treat allergic reactions. Histamine is released by the body during several types of allergic reactions and -- to a lesser extent -- during some viral infections, such as the common cold.
