Ok this one I've never seen before, hopefully someone else has. It's just a round pill, a big white round pill, with a 4 on one side. That's all! Help! :P

Looks like it has been in the house a very long time, maybe something interesting [8)]

The only round white tablet I can find listed in the PDR as having only the number 4 on it, is Ibuprofen, 400mgs.
