white round pill has what looks like C O R on the top and the number 127 on the bottom. Other side blank

This pill is Tramadol HCl 50mg
Generic for: Ultram
Manufacturer: Corepharma
Imprint cor 127 , white, round, film-coated.

There is a description (but no image) in the product label on the FDA website.

Tramadol is a pain relieve used to relieve moderate to moderately severe pain.
