Can someone please tell me what a tiny white pill with <M 444> on one side is and nothing on the other side but a smooth white surface? The M is in a capitol letter over the tripple 4s. So it loos like this on the lettered and numbered side:

It came in a bottle of other medicine and I have absolutely no idea what it is.
