I found 2 oval, light pink-ish tablets marked PAL 032 in my kid's room. Does anyone know what this is? He has taken painkillers and muscle relaxers before, so I can only assume that's what they are...

It is called Panlor SS (a schedule III narcotic painkiller)
It contains: Acetaminophen 712.8mg, Caffeine 60, Dihydrocodeine 32mg

I know those are some weird strengths, but they came straight from the mfg site.
