Default pill id 5736 and 503

I have two pills and i want to double check what they are.
the first is a round white table one side is scored in quarters and the other is 5736. The second pill is a round table, one side states 503 and the other side is scored in quarters.

Are there any other imprints on this pill? 4? a logo?
(I think it is Tizanidine 4 mg)

The second pill is a round table, one side states 503 and the other side is scored in quarters.
This is TIZANIDINE 4 MG
