I have a bunch of pills I am not certain what they are. I think they are an nsaid. I'd appreciate anyone's help. And thank you in advance!!! They are ovalish, yellow, 650 on one side and O-M on the other.

Your pill is Ultracet, an analgesic.

Ultracet contains tramadol 37.5 mg and acetaminophen 325 mg.
