Could it be M 357?If so it is:

ACETAMINOPHEN-HYDROCODONE 500mgs.,5mgs.(Lortab(R) Elixir) is a combination of two different types of pain medicine and is used to treat moderate to severe pain.

Hopefully the OP will come back and clarify on this one. In the post they make it sound as if it has an M on both sides of the pill.

I don't mean to pick on anyone here. You got the basics, the pill is Ibuprofen which is an anti-inflammatory.

But to copy and paste all the Children's Motrin, Junior Strength, etc. don't you think this is a little dangerous?

The pill is 800mg which makes it Rx!!!

This pill is 8 to 16 times the strength of any Children's or Junior strength Ibuprofen which are all 50mg and 100mg. And 4 times the strength of regular Advil.

This is a pill ID board, and the basic concept is to get the pill IDed but an integral part of the ID process is the pills strength.

Copy and pasting may be easy and convenient, but it can be misleading and dangerous. At least read what is being copied, come on.
