pill found, sister had a seizure

I called 911 when I found my sister having a serious seizure outside on the ground. I looked to see what she hit her head on in her truck, and found a white saucer shaped tablet with only the mark of PA. I need to know what it is to find out if she took one like it and if it could have caused the seizure. Please help me.
