    Can anyone help with this? The pill is round, white and has 145 on one side and IP on the other....thank you....

    This pill is HYDROCODONE 7.5 MG / IBUPROFEN 200 MG
    a generic version of Vicoprofen
    Imprint Code IP 145
    Description white, round tablet

    This is a Hydrocodone/Vicodin -7.5 mg, an addictive painkiller. Unless she is prescribed this medication she should definatley not be taking it.
