COR 127 is Tramadol 50mg made by Cor Pharma
Tramadol is an anelgesic that works kinda like a narcotic and kinda like an antidepressant. A weird med if you ask me.

Hello! I have those same pills, and ,yes, they are Ultram. The generic name is Tramadol. They are a pain reliever, and although they are not a narcotic, or considered an opiate, this medication acts in the same way as an opiate does, which also means it is very addictive, so be careful. The kind of Ultram you have is 50mg tablets. Hope this helps!
