Default PILL A 285 with a 3 on back of pill
white pill with A 285 on one side and a big "3" on other side of pill.. circular and pretty decent in size.. would like to know what it is. thank

300mgs Acetaminophen and 30mgs Codeine. A generic, prescription Tylenol for pain.
