percocet 512 same as 54 543 imprint

Are these two medications the same strenght and have the same effect for pain? Thanks for your help.

Yes, both 512 (made by Mallinckrodt) and 54 543 (Roxicet made by Roxane) are the same and contain 5 mg oxycodone and 325 mg acetaminophen.
