Default Pale green round pill, C-C imprint in diamond

Hi, I found some pills in my son's room and I want to know what they are before confronting him about them. The pills are a pale green with a diamond shaped recess in the middle with the letters "C-C" imprinted on it (reverse side is identical). I found them in a dime bag so it seems unlikely that they are prescription meds.

They are the placebo pills from a birth control pkg.

Are you sure? What brand and just out of curiosity what does the C-C mean?

Yes, I'm sure, I'm not finding the link where I found it at, so I can't tell you, but I recall Ortho being in the name. C-C doesn't necessarily mean anything, just a code.
