Default P 771, very small, round, white tablet

Capital P over 771 on one side, nothing on the other, no scoring. these are very small. I just posted another thread on a similiar pill that i'm thinking may be loperimide. Because these were together and their appearances are almost identical, I'm thinking this P 771 may also be loperimide.

Again, any verifications are much appreciated!

Thanks guys...

P 771 is Diphenoxylate HCl and Atropine Sulfate, (Lomotil) helps to control diarrhea.
