Default P 484

I've recently found some round, white pills in my family wedding cabinet.

They're somewhat thick, about 1/4", and marked with a "P" over "484".

Can someone help me understand what I've found?

Thanks.

P 484 is an Acetaminophen 250mg, Aspirin 250mg and Caffeine 65mg tablet

White round tablet, imprint P 484

This is the generic eqivalent of Excedrin Migraine Caplets
