Need to identify oval white tablet with blue specs. A 139 on one side.

I show this is:

Dextromethorphan 30 mg; Guaifenesin Extended Release 600 mg

DEXTROMETHORPHAN and GUAIFENESIN (Silexin(R), Tuss(R) DM and others) decrease a persistent cough caused by colds or flu.
