[Barkbite]

A secretary of ours was given this pill by someone that she doesn't want to mention. This pill made her very sick and she was off work for 4 days.
This pill is Oval in shape, white on one side with the markings of W - R on the white side, and on the other side is Grey with the pill being scored width-wise in the grey side. From looking at a profile of this pill, the white is comprising 1/3 of the pill's height. Any idea what this pill might be? What it's called? What it's purpose is?

How does this medication work? What will it do for me?

This is a combination medication used for relieving pain associated with muscle spasm, such as strains and sprains, back pain, and tense neck muscles. It contains two medications: methocarbamol, a muscle relaxant to reduce muscle spasms, and ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), to reduce pain and inflammation.
