Default oval shaped, yellowish/cream colored pill, Says Adams on one side, 600 on the other

I found a pill in my daughters room. Have never seen one like it before, came up empty-handed on pill identifier. It is oval shaped. It's yellowish/cream colored. One side says Adams, that side is more yellow. The other side of the pill says 600 and is more of a creamy white color. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?

Adams 600 is Mucinex DM (600 mg guaifenesin and 30 mg dextromethorphan extended release)

Thanks! Cold medicine, that's a relief. Except I'm not sure why she had it or where it came from.
