Oval redish/orange 223/ETHEX

Imprint is 223 on one side and ETHEX on the other? Any takers?

Ethex 223 is Codeine/Guaifenesin (Codeine Phosphate, 10 mg,
Guaifenesin, 300 mg), helps to stop or reduce coughing due to the common cold or inhaled irritants.
