Info from Perrigo's excellent customer service rep:

APAP Allergy Sinus Phenylephrine

It is caplet shaped, embossed on one side with L223 and coated with a yellow-orange film coat. The active ingredients are: Acetaminophen-500mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate-2mg, and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride-5mg.
