Default orange/brownish pill 50 scored on one side

I found an orange/brownish coloured pill with 50 scored on one side and nothing on the other side in my kids room - can anyone help me please?

I've look in the meager resources I have for Canadian products, and no luck. Most foreign pills (read that as non-US) are not required to either imprint the pills nor provide public access to what the imprints mean, as the info is usually listed on the back of the blister pack or bottle that the product comes in.

I might not always be right, but I'm never wrong.
