Oblong white pill - NL 276 imprint one side only

I've looked everywhere online, NL doesn't come up with any numbers, let alone 276.

My son found 8 of these hidden under the entertainment center. I'd like to know if they are harmless or I need to start watching my children more closely.

Are you sure it's not NL 275? Sometimes a 5 looks like a 6

I found these in my pill box at work and was going to give them to a co-worker as a pain reliever but could not find any information about them online. I went home and found out what they were - Chest Congestion and Cough Relief Tablets under the brand name of "Good Neighbor Pharmacy". The active ingredients are Dextromethorphan HBr 20 mg (Cough Suppressant) and Guaifenesin 400 mg (Expectorant).
