Default oblong white pill - M357
i found a white oblong pill. the only markings are "M357". my husband and i wondered if this is speed? (we have teenagers) anyone know???

it is Vicodin. a narcotic pain reliever.

this pill is not speed it is vicodin and is a pain killer and is cheap

hi i think i can helpbut i dnt know if this is good or not, pretty sure thats vicodin. duno what they are for tho. good luck with ur teens i am one too.

I concur, hydrocodone (m357), if your teen has this, could mean that they are either selling or taking...are they prescribed to them? if not...cease their intake immediately and seek further help asap

its 5 mg vicodin. its a painkiller. hydrocodone to be exact.

m357's are 5 mg vicodin. its a painkiller and a lot of kids use them to get high.. they tend to sniff them.

It's stupid that eight different people feel the need to ID the same pill, how about we get 8 more people to say it's Vicodin?
