Default Oblong/Oval White Pill

Found oblong/oval shaped white pill in RX bottle by my son's bed. They have M357 imprinted on them. I can't read the lable because of wear.

M357 is Acetaminophen/Hydrocodone 500/5mg (generic Vicodin)

That pill you described is a Lorcet or Lortab, a painkiller. 5mg of hydrocodone / 500 mg acetominophen.
It's a narcotic painkiller. It's not all that strong.
