Not sure what this is but think its a pain pill

sometime or another I must have put this in with some pain pills I have but can't remember what it is, its a red and yellow capsule and says barr 651 on it.

The capsule is oxycodone 5 mg and acetaminophen 500 mg. I think this is an older imprint.
